The Boardwalk, Honeysuckle

Completed in 2004, The Boardwalk is a mixed use inner-city project situated at Honeysuckle on Newcastle Harbour. The project comprises thirty-three apartments, eleven retail/restaurant premises, nine commercial office suites, almost 3000m² of office space and a 134 space carpark in the basement. Marketing commenced in December 2001 and all thirty-three apartments sold in four days. The Boardwalk is a multi-award winning project.
