Lee Wharf Stage 1, Honeysuckle

Lee Wharf is Newcastle’s largest inner-city urban redevelopment. Developed by a consortium consisting of the Stronach Group, ROI Pty Limited and Harrington Properties, Lee Wharf is a vibrant mix of residential, commercial, retail, restaurants and public open spaces situated on Newcastle Harbour.

Stage 1 was completed in July 2006 and consists of 150 waterfront apartments, cafes, restaurants, a floating pontoon, retail stores and a 4,800m2 landscaped public domain.
