Keith Stronach

Managing Director

Keith Stronach joined the family business as soon as he completed school. Since then, over a period of more than thirty years, he has been at the forefront of the company’s growth and development.

Today Keith oversees the Stronach Group's operations as well as identifying and establishing new projects. Keith was also involved with Tower Lodge & Winery for several years, not only as its developer and builder but also as a member of its Board. Keith has held several Board/Director positions over the years including Hunter Medical Research Institute, Newcastle Master Builders Association, Newcastle Chamber of Commerce and Newcastle Rotary Club.

Richard Anderson

Development Manager

Richard is a business degree graduate and has seventeen years experience in the property industry in South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia. He has been involved in corporate business with acquisitions for PepsiCo restaurants (KFC and Pizza Hut Brands) and Coles Myer. Richard has also been engaged in property acquisitions for an insurance fund. In recent times he has been a Development Partner for a medium-sized Hunter developer. Here he was involved in property projects including retail shopping centres, residential and industrial land subdivision, turnkey projects and self-care retirement. Richard has worked directly with national and international tenants to deliver on their property requirements.

Richard joined Stronach in July 2008 as a Development Manager to source and manage the development process of existing and new projects.
