Stronach Property has led private equity property investments delivering more than $600 million of development projects in Newcastle.

Stronach has a strong track record in securing the capital required to undertake substantial property investments and developments. Demonstrating an ability to source equity and debt funding in competitive markets through existing relationships and traditional bank debt funding.

Stronach Property has completed successful joint venture projects throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & the Hunter Valley with both private & institutional landowners. The Stronach management team maintain solid relationships with all key stakeholders in the development process.

Joint Venture partners have included a limited number of private equity partners, the Catholic Church and government agencies including Honeysuckle Development Corporation and Crown Lands.

  • Procurement of consultants and contractors including developing tender documents, assessment of responses and awarding of contracts 
  • Design management including preparation of consultant briefs, coordinating consultants, and resolving design issues 
  • Interface with relevant authorities during detailed design and construction phases – Council, Ausgrid, Hunter Water, NBN, Mines Advisory, Heritage
  • Cost management including reviewing budgets, claims, variations, and processing of payments 
  • Time management including preparation, monitoring, and reporting on project programmes, and reviewing and assessing time related claims 
  • Quality management - monitor quality of construction and finishes 
  • Identify, document, and monitor project risks and effectively manage them through the project lifecycle
